The stores are divided into departments such as anniversaries, kitchen, men's gifts, glassware, etc. Shops offer free gift-wrapping to ensure customer satisfaction . They have a fresh, clean appearance, offering the buyer simple product selection and friendly, low stress purchasing.

Franchising began in 1992. There are currently 6 outlets in Queensland. Conversion of existing giftware and/or kitchenware stores has also proven to be most successful. Retail experience is preferred but business acumen and a desire to work with a positive attitude amongst a group of happy and contented franchisees is essential.
