HUDSONS COFFEE
Hudsons Coffee has a bit of history behind it, but it's still a young, fast-growing dynamic brand. We opened our first store in Melbourne in 1998. The aim was pretty simple - to offer quality coffee, served efficiently in a contemporary environment for time poor professionals. It was an idea that worked. Now, we are proud to say that we have grown to over 60 stores nationally.
In 2003 the next big step was taken. After years of testing, trialing and developing systems to ensure a successful transition, Hudsons Coffee opened their first franchised store in South Australia.
These days, Hudsons Coffee is owned by Emirates Leisure Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of the high-profile Emirates Group. The company develops and operates a diverse range of hospitality and leisure businesses that include only the most superior and reputable brands globally and is excited to now be able to brag the rights of having Hudsons Coffee as part of their repertoire!

Now in 2010 we have sites available in most states, some stores are established company stores that are available as a Franchise and some are new locations available to a Franchisee to open and make their own.
SUPPORT AND TRAINING
Our knowledgeable, friendly support staff is here to help train you in our already proven systems. We’ll help you deliver high quality coffee in a friendly efficient way to your customers. During your intensive 6 weeks training you’ll learn all you need to know from the machines & milk to the facts & figures!
Once you are in your store, your dedicated consultant will always be available to answer questions and queries and will visit your store for training and development every 4 – 6 weeks.
What happens next? We will have a chat to you about being a Franchisee with Hudsons Coffee and your background and experience. If it sounds like we are the right blend, we’ll catch up with you for a coffee and an interview to discuss the opportunity further.
As the process progresses you will need to sign a confidentiality deed and a small deposit is required. We will provide you with a franchise agreement, disclosure document and any other information that you require in order to make an informed decision. You will also have an opportunity to work in one of your existing stores and meet the Hudsons Coffee Directors. We want to make sure you know our business so you are as passionate as we are when you open your own store.

Once we receive your application, we'll give you a call to discuss becoming a franchisee and find out a little more about your background and experience. If we have the right blend, we'll invite you for an interview (over a coffee of course) to discuss the opportunity further.

We'll also introduce you to the Hudsons Coffee Management Team who have lived and breathed the brand from their light-bulb moment ten years ago to what Hudsons Coffee is today. We want to ensure that by the time you open your own store, you'll be as passionate about Hudsons Coffee as we are.
