We provide an extensive 5 week training program which includes business management, using the SumoSalad systems and business tools, product and presentation, local store marketing, inventory management and stock control, food hygiene and safety, labour management, setting of financial goals. We provide 4 weeks training in an existing SumoSalad store and the final week is at your new acquired store with a training manager closely reviewing your practical skills and providing extensive assistance.
